Monthly luncheon meetings keep members aware of events, serve to enlist volunteers for projects and provide members with a varied program of light entertainment. The Variety Club Women are also an integral part of Telethon planning, from holding key organizational positions to year round, behind-the-scenes volunteerism for advanced mail preparation and post-telethon pledge follow-up.

Major fund raising events, open to the public, are the annual cocktail party which marks the beginning of Telethon Week, the annual Fall Fashion Show, National Night Out and many more
